    Welcome to our new client info and resources page. We have implemented new technology to improve our customer service and manage our time tracking, projects, and also a new feature called support tickets.

    You can login to manage your user account once you have filled out our new client information form. Within 24 hours of filling out this new client form, you will recieve an email that details the specifics of our new online account management system and intranet. This will also be where we provide our users with online proofing for print projects as well as access to our online payment gateway.

    High quality consumer experiences are at the core of successful businesses.     Make note of a design firm that demonstrates the ability to create successful user experiences, and then thoroughly research their approach to see if it fits well with your own needs. Please respect the amount of time and labor required to create a proposal — don't ask for proposals from firms unless you're sure they are a good fit for both you and your budget. Be honest and up-front about your budget range and schedule from the beginning — it makes finding the right design firm much easier.
